Many will emphasize the amount of calories you eat before looking at the quality of your food and its impact on your metabolic health, leading to a cycle of restriction that never really lasts or produces results.
As a strength and conditioning specialist with a research-based approach to corrective exercise and nutrition, I leverage mobility training to strengthen the myofascia and precise nutritional planning to ensure harmony and compounded strength between your inner systems and outer physique.

My passion for the human body and other life has led to learning about it at the molecular level. As a student, I was lucky to complete molecular biology research at the renowned Johns Hopkins University.
Outside of molecular biology, I have completed advanced coursework in neurobiology and neuroimaging to strengthen my understanding of the incredible mind-body connection.
