I'm Ian Kibria. I've competed at the highest level of my sport, ITF Taekwondo, under the guidance of world champions.

During my fighting career, I've experienced setbacks such as internal surgery, intractable migraine (over 15 migraine attacks in a month), chronic injury, and severe depression. None of this stopped me from continuing to perfect my craft and master my body.

I empower others to cultivate their indomitable spirit by utilizing motivational techniques that are uniquely my own and those passed down to me through a lineage of master martial artists.

Outside of molecular biology, I have completed advanced coursework in neurobiology and neuroimaging to strengthen my understanding of the incredible mind-body connection.
